mk444 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mk444 platform. By registering, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms.

1 General Provisions

mk444 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the mk444 platform.

By accessing our website mk444.cam, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh shall apply.

2 Account Registration

A personal account is required to access the full range of services on the mk444 platform. The following terms apply at the time of registration:

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mk444 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Participation on the mk444 platform is only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.

By registering, you declare that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a resident of Bangladesh and are legally capable of using this platform.
  • You are not operating an account on behalf of another person.
  • You are not subject to any restrictions related to professional gaming.

If we confirm that a user is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately cancelled and all deposited funds will be returned.

Important: For users aged 21 and above only. Gambling or use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All rules regarding financial transactions on the mk444 platform are as follows:

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal request processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, we may take additional time to review a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once deposited funds have been used in betting or gaming, they cannot be refunded. For incomplete transactions caused solely by a technical error, please contact the support team for assistance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mk444 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all such offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. This means the bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have completed bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering conditions.
  • One promotion cannot be combined with another during the same period, unless specifically stated.
  • Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
  • mk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The mk444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier is possible through regular and active participation. VIP benefits may change at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The mk444 platform offers various gaming options including cricket, slots, live casino, and fishing games. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. We follow a fair and transparent fair play policy. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bets will be handled in accordance with our policy.
  • Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
  • The same rules apply to betting on any cricket event, including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network outage, or other technical problem, mk444 reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances. In such cases, the platform's decision is final.

7 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk444 platform:

  • Fraud: Any kind of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or system tampering.
  • Money Laundering: Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds obtained from illegal sources.
  • Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
  • Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
  • Hacking: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
  • Betting on Behalf of Others: Operating an account for a third party.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure Initiated by mk444

mk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Long-term inactive account (more than 12 months).
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions) can be withdrawn. To voluntarily close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please contact us via live chat.

10 Limitation of Liability

mk444 is not liable for the following:

  • Games being interrupted due to internet connection outages or device issues.
  • Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
  • Losses resulting from careless sharing of account information.
  • Unexpected technical errors or interruptions during system maintenance.
  • Not achieving expected earnings from gaming.
